Mental Health Awareness Week 2024 – Events

‘Movement: Moving more for our mental health’ is the theme of Mental Health Awareness Week 2024.

One of the most important things we can do to help protect our mental health is regular movement. Our bodies and minds are connected. Looking after ourselves physically also helps us prevent problems with our mental health.

At Andover PCN, we have been working collaboratively with other services and professionals to put together a line-up of activities for Mental Health Awareness Week.

All sessions are around the theme of moving more for our mental health and are free to attend and there is no need to book!
